Workshop: Introduction to Stata (Part 1)

This event is part 1 of a 2-part workshop to introduce Stata, a general-purpose data analysis and statistical software package. The basics of the Stata environment are covered, including entering, importing and exporting data, managing data sets, performing basic statistical analyses, graphing and .do file programming. The workshop is targeted to potential users with little or no experience using Stata. Graduate and undergraduate students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend. There is no cost to participate, but capacity is limited and a reservation is required. Participants are encouraged to attend starting from the first session.
